A notary is an appointed position by the Secretary of State’s department in a given state. As with most public officials, the State requires that the individual obtain a notary bond before receiving their appointment. This bond “makes sure” that if the official violates the public trust through negligence of their responsibilities, funds are available to indemnify the State for its loss.
The principal duty of notaries public is to validate that the individual parties to an agreement are who they claim to be. The State may experience a loss if the notary public fails to properly validate the identity of the parties.
As a public official, the notary harms the public trust by failing in their responsibility to confirm identity. If a Mississippi notary public doesn’t confirm identity and a loss occurs, an injured party can file a claim against that State for the loss, because the State was negligent through its appointed representative.
A surety bond is a guarantee of payment to the obligee (the State) when losses occur for a penalty amount of the bond. Surety bonds are often provided by a surety company (typically an insurance carrier). The bond generally runs concurrently with the period of a notary’s commission.
You may be familiar with a homeowners insurance policy. If a person has an Indiana home insurance loss, the insurance carrier pays the loss and writes off the loss. You aren’t required to reimburse the company for the damages. Unlike a homeowners insurance policy however, a notary bond is simply a promise that the funds will be available when losses occur. The surety (insurance company) makes a payment to the State up to the penalty amount of the bond. However, this loss paid by the company is not simply written off. The carrier will most likely seek reimbursement from the bonded person, the notary themself.
A notary bond protects the public. Who protects the notary? Insurance coverage is available to provide this protection - it’s called Notary Public Errors and Omissions and may also be purchased for a nominal fee from insurance carriers.
The holiday destination of Cala Bona and the adjacent resort of Cala Millor are based on the east coast of the mediterranean jewel of Majorca. The twin resorts are separated by a 5 minute taxi ride or a 20 minute walk for the more energetic. A lot holiday resorts in Majorca are aimed at either British or German holidaymakers. Cala Bona is very much a British favourite while Cala Millor is a little unusual as a mixed destination where both British and German tourists frequent in force. Cala Bona in Majorca is without doubt the quieter of the two places making it ideal for young families. In Cala Bona most of the entertainment is set in hotels. Cala Bona is probably not for tourists seeking to taking in a lot of pubs and clubs but Cala Millor offers plenty of night life and as already mentioned is only a 5 minute taxi fare or 20 minutes walk away.
Cala Bona has expanded from a tiny Spanish fishing village into a bustling resort on Majorca’s less developed east coast. The original charm of Cala Bona is still visible as Cala Bona still has a number of the narrow streets. The harbour is the focal point of the town of Cala Bona. The harbour has been redeveloped recently and now features a selection of harbourside cafes, watering holes and restaurants. A number of Cala Bona tourist excursions are available at the harbour.
Cala Bona includes a few small sandy beaches sheltered by man made breakwaters forming calm, sheltered lagoons ideal for swimming and paddling in relative safety. Over recent years the breakwaters seem to have formed a natural trap for the local seaweed to build up both in the water and on the beach. Son Severa council have started to deal with this problem by regular removal of the seaweed to avoid the problem. The beaches of Cala Bona are now generally in fine fettle thanks to the maintenance program.
Coach transport from Palma de Mallorca airport usually takes around two hours to either Cala Bona or Cala Millor. Hiring a car from Cala Bona or at Palma de Mallorca (PMI) airport is very competetive by comparison with many other hotspots. If you intend to rent a car from the airport think about getting some maps of Majorca before leaving.

The food? The flowers? The cake? None of the above.
They’ll remember if they had a fantastic time at the wedding event, which is directly related to how long they occupied the dance floor!
This is one of the most important benefits of having a great band for your South Florida wedding music. Not only must the music be great, but you must have a bandleader that knows how to get people on the dance floor and keep them there!
You could have the greatest musicians on the planet at your wedding, but if they’re not playing the proper music at the right time, the dance floor will be vacant.
Apparently, the bandleader is kind of like the quarterback on a football team, and the rest of the band is like the team. The bandleader needs to call the right “plays,” getting everyone up to dance, and working the crowd for maximum fun!

South Florida wedding ceremonies are presented in a myriad of exotic locales, including beaches, yachts, historic buildings, city and stifling places. And the proper ceremony music can really set the stage for a romantic, memorable wedding ceremony and it depends on your Miami wedding ceremony music.
Talent notwithstanding, there is more to performing wedding ceremony music than a musically talented performance. While there may be many extremelytalented musicians in our schools and conservatories, performing a wedding ceremony requires professionalism and a musical timing that many students have yet to achieve.
In performing music during the marriage ceremony, the musicians must be capable to time the music’s tempo, start, ending, as well as be able to go into a “holding pattern” if necessary to accommodate the length and swiftness of the formal ceremony procedure.
Miami wedding musicians must also be able to create a musically dramatic moment upon the entrance of the bride. This is the time most romantic and remarkable at any wedding ritual, and must be well planned and done for maximum effect.
